Individual Travelers:
- 50% of total bill must be paid upon confirmation by wire transfer bank.
- 50% upon arrival in our Cairo office (Cash Payment).


Groups:
60% must be paid on confirmation by wire transfer bank.
40% the rest of amount will be paid before arrival at least 10 days.


Children:
Children till 2 years old will be charged only 10% of domestic airfare.
Children between 2-12 years will be charged 50% of total as an adult person.
Children over 12 years old will be charged as an adult person.


Refund Policy:
- Full refund if the cancellation occurred more than 21 days.
- 75% refund if the cancellation occurred 21-16 days.
- 50% refund if the cancellation occurred 16-7 days.
- No refund if the cancellation occurred less than 7 days.

We guarantee full refund in case of the follwing cases:
War, earthquakes or natural disaster.
